deeploi.io is an IT-as-a-Service platform that helps modern companies manage and automate their entire IT infrastructure, including device management, employee onboarding/offboarding, security, and support. It integrates with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and popular MDM solutions to streamline IT operations. deeploi is designed to simplify IT management for growing companies, ensuring security and compliance without the need for a large in-house IT team.

Your role and background

Leo joined deeploi as the first hire and built the entire go-to-market strategy from scratch. Now leading the sales and marketing teams, which consists of 9 full-time employees.

Your experience with Along:

What made you decide to use Along in your business?

To better engage prospects and make them active participants in the sales process, we searched for a solution that enables direct interaction and collaboration. With a small sales team, manual tasks like follow-ups, creating pitch decks, answering questions, and managing mutual action plans quickly become overwhelming. As the number of simultaneous sales processes grows, it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain clarity and control. A digital sales room with integrated analytics provides the structure and visibility needed to scale efficiently and stay on top of every opportunity.

What has changed in your company since you started using Along?

Along allows us to provide each prospect with a personalized summary of our service, including tailored offers, answers to their questions, and clearly defined next steps—all in one place. Instead of relying on email, we now communicate with many customers directly within the platform using the comment function tied to specific topics, which keeps everything organized and context-driven. After the deal is signed, we continue using Along as a project management tool to guide the onboarding process. This has not only streamlined our internal workflows but also made onboarding faster, more transparent, and easier for our customers to follow.

What surprised you most about Along?

There was initial skepticism about whether our customers would be open to using a modern tool like Along, as we weren’t sure how ready they were for this kind of digital collaboration. However, that concern quickly proved to be unfounded. Not only have customers adopted the tool without issues, but they’ve also actively embraced it. We now regularly receive positive feedback highlighting how smooth and effective the collaboration is through Along.

What are your future plans with Along?

We are planning on doubling down on the usage for Sales and Customer Success to create a guided motion for our customers until they receive value and beyond that.

Along allows us to handhold buyers in a white glove experience throughout their entire journey and we plan on using it for renewals, upsells as well.
